The creative team behind "Roses for Ms. Jacobs," David Legel & Andy Aguila tackle a film inspired by a dramatic & intimate true story.

This being our final student project, and our second thesis film, we aim to explore a narrative filled with a diverse set of characters, taboo subjects, & raw emotions.

The weight of our story is something we take to heart. Portraying a trans character without making the story about them being trans. Exploring an open relationship without judgment or conviction. Viewing both heterosexual and homosexual relationships as equal.

Our goal is to do justice to our characters, to our viewers, & to newcomers open to exploring a different perspective on relationships & love.
